Wouldn't you want to shop around with one of these Anya Hindmarch totes? My favorite would be the market bag. Maybe too fancy to take to the local markets but who cares? :)

type me right!
Look how I spent my Friday night... I tried out this interactive quiz. Who knew there is a typeface for every personality! It's fun because the explanations are quite true how the strokes of your type show who you are. Now, I wonder if then I should change the font type of my blog to Baskerville Italic? Hihi. Have a go here. The password: "character"

my yo-yo necklace
I think I will call today Crafty Tuesday because I sat down and made this necklace only in one hour - including being interrupted by the baby of course.
first feed
Yesterdays first solids for Fabian was a success. Three full baby spoons of organic rice flour porridge went straight to the belly. Be excited for your next feeding later, baby!

abc kids
I really like this custom art by Jennifer Ramos from MadeByGirl. I've seen this everywhere and I was happy to find that you can actually see how it looks with your kids name on it. Love it! Better more, MBG can ship overseas. Yeay!

feline felicity
Louis Putchie Anna, Chloe, Axl, Izzy, Slash, Macca, Kukus, GongXi, Toula, Jess, Cosmo are the most popular cats my family ever had as a pet. I can name my cats friends and neighbors but it might be too long of a list. Toula and Cosmo aka Mow-Mow are the last two that still rule at my parents house, one other thing (besides meeting the family) that excites me when I go home to Yogyakarta. Where I live now, I don't have a cat and that's why I miss these four legged creatures a lot. Maybe I should drink my tea out of this cute cat mug and imagine that one of the furry balls have their tail around my leg. Purr...

guessing game
The rules: collect images for your answers and create a collage.
1. I would see a movie for the sole purpose of this actor/actress being in it.
2. This was apparently a big deal the year I was born.
3. My favorite musical instrument.
4. A place I want to visit before I die.
5. A movie I have practically memorized.
6. Another place I want to visit before I die.
7. A show I watched as a child and actually miss.
8. What I want to be when I grew up, and am still striving to be.
9. One other place I want to visit before I die.
10. The person who said my favorite quote.
11. My favorite thing to eat.
12. Something that makes me laugh a lot.
I found this while I was blogging and landed at Amy's home. What a fun way to know someone. Come on, guess what my answers are then your turn to collage!

meal time, baby
Exactly 10 days from today, my little man will start to eat solids. Everything from the plates, cutlery, food processor, table wear sterilizer are ready. What's not is the menu. Still have to ask here, there, and read more references on what to start feeding him. I'm thinking fruits and biscuits at first. I'd love to hear your first time feeding solid experiences.
I wonder if this spoon and fork sold on etsy would make meal time more special?

cards for keeps
I never throw away cards. So, if anyone ever gave me a card from the carte postale, especially these collections from Carolyn Gavin I found via print & pattern, I would cherish them forever. In fact, I think I would pop them in a frame to keep out the dust. Utterly cute!

bruschetta surprise!
Tadaaaa!
But where's the food? Well, the concept of this specific Icip-icip article was instead of giving out the food on a plate, why not buy the ingredients and insert the recipe for an ultimate present. Especially if the person you give the gift to likes being in the kitchen. I would definitely love to receive one! Chop, mix, bake, and your 'surprise' will come out like this. Yumm...
happy 2010!

I just got back home a few days ago from a long sleep over at a cousins house - with no internet connection. Boo. We spent new years eve having a barbeque and just a teensy bit of red wine ;) Though I slept just before the countdown and the fireworks, having put the baby to sleep, I did wake up in the new year with great thoughts and optimism:)
Have a smashing year, you!
